The left side of my door's spring was broken. Jimi came earlier, measured the spring size, ordered it, and the company delivered it right away. Then Jimi installed it. He's very friendly and very professional. Communication was very good.

Austin from Overhead Garage Door advised me when he would arrive and immediately assessed my problem. He fixed my automatic garage door in 20 minutes and now it works better than ever. Austin was professional and provided excellent advice on maintaining the door. They installed my garage door and I will always call them for service!

I've been with Overhead Door for nearly 20 years. They have steered me right several times on products, even when I want to go with a more expensive option, they offer the most reasonable solution. Christian, a salesperson, and Austin, a technician, are awesome. I had some unusual requests during the installation of a new opener recently, and Austin was so easy to work with. He does a great job, and explained everything to me.

Jimi (originally from NY) is another employee that helped me today 9/30. He was great and helped me with what I needed and gave me some considerations down the road. Thanks Jimi and team!!
